Im Indonesian too but from sumatra area, can connect with telkomsel with no issue both emulator and android
But when try using Private Wifi(Indihome) or Public Wifi(@Wifi.id). I must use vpn to play the game
But in some rare case can't connect at all with Telkomsel w/o vpn
Like I get that it might be possible to continue to progress by binding my account to facebook or twitter and logging in on an emulator or android device but I'm looking to play on my phone.

@proper ridge Just to keep you informed, Singapore here, also can't get past "Unable to verify version data." Game only works on wifi or when using other people's mobile hotspots. I've restarted the app countless times, restarted the phone as well as uninstalled reinstalled a few times. The issue persists. I've tried one VPN app so far with the server set to US, no change either. The issue started about 9 hours ago. Device: iPhone 7+ iOS 11.4.1

I'm from jogyakarta ID and had play since release without using VPN in Telkomsel Connection. After they tell something about connection in SEA i had the same problem, can't logged in, right now i am using Tri in my secondary phone as hotspot.
Might not be a bug, but when sacrificing a ship to raise limit break, the game doesn't notify you about disassembling or removing their equipment.
It should ask you what you want to do with it - sell or keep, after you've sacrificed them.
If it doesn't - it's a bug
or they don't have any, but I don't think it's possible unless you took it away beforehand manually

Yea the latest server info bug is what I get. I had to get a VPN app just to get around it. I know you guys know about the bug but that's all I've run into other than destroying boss ships. Their explosions really lag me but I don't know if that is just my iPad.

One of the pre battle tips say something along the lines of "If you mainly aim a shot and it's a bullseye, damage will be increased by 20%!" It should be "manually" not mainly
if you press this botton in "light ships" and "Light/heavy/special", it loads forever, but not in specials and heavy

Happened to me just now twice, when i press supplies in shop, the game restarted
New ships, new stuff to report. Edinburg missing an n for victory dialogue, and the a ma... implies a mail, which doesn't need an a or should be changed to a letter with appropriate trailing off.
Smaller additional nitpick is the uncapitalized sea in North sea for the bio.
On the topic of mail reminder, it seems "a mail" is a common thing I've seen, though when considering mail "the mail" or simply "mail" seems like it'd be a better fit usually. There might be a few contexts that require the specific singular though. Maybe replace it with letter then?

@static sphinx That's just bad luck man, not really a bug. But you could put it in #game-feedback and can submit it to the devs under that sort of thing.
@stray locust Doesn't seem to be an issue for all players, but every time they fix it for one group of people it becomes an issue for someone else. Sometimes if you have the problem on mobile data you can fix it by switching to wifi or vice versa, sometimes using a VPN fixes it, sometimes using the other APK or resintalling fixes it. But sometimes none of those things work. No one really knows why.

There is an error regarding account binding with Facebook
I bound my account once, relogged once. But it only works once
When i tried to relog twice, i lost my account
More details: i clicked the login button with fb, but it still redirects me to new account
I finished the tutorial, but strangely the fb account that i bound with my account had been bound with that new account
So i tried to unbind it, it didn't work
When you go to the gear menu for ships, there is "record" and "skins" when i was first here i thought skinsmeant recording future alt outfits in the gear set so i kept deleting my set by mistake because I did not know how to equip the set due to it being called "skins"

i dont know if it is known but i made an account, and binded it to facebook, today i tryed to install the game in another device and transfer the data with facebook, but insead of moving the data it made a new account and binded it to my facebook, now i got 2 accounts with 1 facebook, while trying to unbind the facebook in my old account is sends an error message saying user token invalid, account has moved or ilegal access detected, 100000

nope, i opened the game and let it update, then left for some time, and the buttons werent there, so i closed the game, opened, and then clicked the facebook button, it said "actuall account will be lost" pressed the accept button and it said acction complete or something like that... and then the tutorial began
the old account is still active on my first device, but when i try to bind it to twitter, or unbind from facebook to re bind, it sends the error mentioned before

Your user ID is a set of numbers. Your username is your player name

Hi i'm black arrow and my location in Indonesia, my internet connection is fine, but I still get this notification, the only solution is VPN,can you do anything about it cuz playing with VPN is too complicated and that makes the internet connection getting slow, I hope this problem getting fast respond.
@dusty stirrup This problem is known and developers are doing their best to fix it as fast as possible. Sadly, for now the only real solution is to play with VPN.
This is something I encountered when playing, on top of that, I can't even go to the "play" screen after pressing "battle" afterwards. Same issue happens in that hotfix version, too.

The hard mode counter reset at daily reset, and reset (in appearance) again after 1 hour. I did 4 hard mode runs within the hour, and 2 more runs after the counter "reset". Now getting "System error: 6:Already Reached Limit"

It may be problem similar to nekomakis. As in: some ship in your fleet causes game to crash

I added the exercise thing to #known-bugs for people's information even though it's not a bug. I added the tech pack description to the translation issues album @icy briar.
For all of the issues that people had with numbered errors, those can be solved by restarting the game (which I think most of you did). For the "game stuck loading," that's a known issue. @hot forge go ahead and report that, I'll add that as wel. l@north lark I added your explanation for the reason behind the flickering commission bug to the known issue.

Does anyone else have the problem when trying to tap on one of your ships on this window but the game detect it as youre trying move it? The only way i got around it is to move them for like 2 seconds and then i would be able to tap on them.
@warm charm happened to me once, what i did to fix it was reinstalling the game from playstore. Because before SEA/lexington server was up , i've been using the installation apk from qooapp. So i dont know if this trick will work for you

but if I were to follow wiki, the rank names do not corespond to what is in the game
the wiki differentiates between Colonel I and Colonel II + Commodore, the game itself seems to have only one Colonel and after that there's Brigadier General
so that's a bit misleading, plus the game doesn't mention any of it
