I think the game doesnt record tasks completed sometimes, I did all my hard mode missions and didnt receive any dailies completed. I did 1-1 thru 1-4, tho I didnt go into my tasks until i finished all 6 hard points. So unless i have to constantly check my tasks to see if i completed something i think its bugged.
Or maybe hard mode doesn't count, but than again it counted it yesterday no problem

Hi. I wanted to mention an issue I have with the game.
Apparently when I try to go in the game says there's an update. When I check there isn't an update? I look for ways to fix this but I cant find anything. I would delete and reinstall the app but i would lose my account info when because I didnt bind it or make a transfer code. I tried restarting my phone multiple times too. Any ways to fix this or should I restart all over and make sure to create a transfer code so this doesn't happen?

@fast oracle it's actually a problem with the stat screen. the "SPD" stat you see there is actually Evasion. Speed is something different. The boiler actually DOES increase speed though, not evasion.

Don't see this in the known issues, so something I noticed & reported the first time in CBT: sometimes, in Exercises, the portraits of your own main fleet vanish entirely like here, flicker briefly, but mostly stay invisible. It seems to occur pretty randomly, though I suspect certain ships being in the battle might affect it. Haven't been able to record the flickering properly due to not having good software to record it with, and not figuring out how to activate log mode on Nox. Sometimes, it also flickers a lot less, and can be fixed by moving the screen to look at your fleet in the back and then moving back to the site of the battle. Minor, but it can still seeing how the battle is going.

@thorny scaffold Boss not spawning is usually because of a connection/sync issue. Try restarting the game. Same for your dorm issue @thick kiln.
@shrewd valley the "flicker" is just because of the camera position. You can freely pan the camera during Exercises if it bothers you. Just move it a bit to the right and it will stop flickering. It also lets you watch the battle from anywhere.
@fair ridge that's a new one, go ahead and report that (restart your game first though)

Not really a translation issue per se, but Belfast's "Smokescreen - Light Cruiser" seems like a misleading name - other Light Cruisers (Leander) have a Smokescreen skill later that does not have the same air power reduction effect, if the difference in name is supposed to denote its slight difference in effect from other smokescreens. As well, it also works on all ships, rather than just Light Cruisers. I feel a different name for the skill might help for clarity on these issues.

but it's a known issue that downloading the additional audio files sometimes causes the game to crash when deploying/obtaining certain ships

This wont be a problem whenever akashi is implemented, but the pawprint shows up on the exercise screen whenever you change a ship in your attacking fleet and return, before the fleet re-loads in.

I found out why stickers overlap each other, it happens when you start open different chat tabs at the same time(just with notice+guild or world+notice they start overlaping) and it gets fixed by closing at re-opening the chat. Sometimes it doesn't trigger with just 2, but it is almost guaranteed if you open all the tabs at the same time.

I have a purchase bug that has been reported by multiple people in help channel.
First purchase I made was trade license. I have been billed and the purchase completed (iOS). But no gems were received and no first purchase bonus (Saratoga, etc...) was given. Others (all on iOS) are missing gem purchases or trade license as well.

Remember, if you receive an error message with a number it all you have to do to solve the problem is restart your game. It generally just means your client has gone out of sync with the server, and restarting the app will sync them back up again.

I can't get a screenshot of it because it's very inconsistent and only shows up for a few frames, but every now and then when loading the combat map screen, the Ema counter for the Visitors Dyed in Red event, as well as a related bar I think is the timer for the B/D stages unlocking show up in the top right and quickly disappear.
I think this is a bug in JP/CN too, but it's more noticeable here since we haven't had any event with point counters yet.

Regarding SEA Connection Issue.
i hope everyone from Indonesia, especially at Jabodetabek, please help me report it to @proper ridge if you can't connect to the game.
i hope, i'm the only one that cannot connect without VPN

I dunno if that happens alot, but we had that Application in our guild and I accepted it, the Announcement said "... joined the Guild" but right after that "Application rejected" and it rejected the Application. Also no history of him joining, so it prolly got insta rejected

@cursive osprey I'm from Indonesia, but not from Jabodetabek. Specially I'm from Majalengka, West Java. In here, I can login with no problem, no VPN
Maybe your provider had issue for connecting to server because IP from your provider
I hope @proper ridge will fast fixed your issue (Fact if connection speed in Indonesia so slow)

A lot of the ship names got changed to consistent romanization between CBT and OBT but it seems Saratoga's Flagship fight line still has "Ryujo"

@hot forge last week, i went to Jogyakarta for holiday, and i can connect perfectly without VPN.
When i'm back to Jabodetabek, back to normal state and back to using VPN again.
@maiden galleon AXIS and XL. Also @wifi.id (public wifi) and Telkom Speedy (private wifi)
i'm using Public & Private wifi at Jakarta, and tested using mobile network at Jogyakarta and Jabodetabek
no, it's not a whole region, but spesific spot at West Java and all among Jabodetabek
Yesterday, i having a trip to Tanggerang also have same problem
i hope, when AL EN launches at SEA Region, no one got this funny problem. Especially from Indonesia.

I heard from people if that provider aren't best for gaming. Maybe because bad bandwidth issue if for gaming.

i've using it for 10 years, and didn't found something worst. Except when they upgraded their BTS for 4G network.

I can recommend you must using like 3, Telkomsel or Indosat
Or WiFi if available at your places
For best experience, using emulator om PC

3 in Bekasi, just be like "i can't reach you, where are you?" (no signal at all)
Indosat in Bekasi is really bad.

so, there's no problem at all
Public and Private networks at Jakarta didn't seems to let me connect to the game at all

Large building usually installing like jammed connection device so the signal can't reach your place because the signal get blocked by that building
