Yup. Crash at sortie, supply shop and dock (for me especially at san diego while checking her equip, also when get her from construction, suddenly game crashed) is source from downloading audio files at option menu

running 11.4.1 on 6s+ and having the issue as well. able to run it on wifi or through vpn while on mobile data.

not sure if its the server side or telco side issue thats causing the ip to be blocked
