If new pic was disabled, then why when similar concerns were expressed about onsen loading screen no actions were taken? Seems to be unfair to the artist. New art was voted in by people, so there is a lot of people who actually enjoyed it. As other people suggested, the "Gallery" function is needed at this point, to give players a choice on what they want to see in the game.

Im really disappointed with how the AL team handled the succubus art situation. I hope that this gets fixed soon, because it might leave a really big stain on all the otherwise very good work they have done until now for global server. Well the loading screen issue has always been the sore spot issue since we managed to have an EN server at all it seems. I mean we've had people complaining about nsfw load screens when at most all we had was the one with U-81 and U-556, and the onsen one, which is still there by the way.
If anything I'm not for the whole let's remove anything lewd here since most of the skins and even some of the L2D ones tend to lean on the whole nsfw section too. So this whole issue is making me worry that we might lose the skins that are on that nsfw setup next if things keep up this way though

I'm just hear to say that I'm disappointed with the developers decision to remove the succubus loading screen despite the artist winning fair and square. But what's done is done and what I can do is suggest is to prioritize on getting the optional loading screens done, as well as making the rules clear in the next art contest especially with regards to NSFW content so that way we won't have this incident to happen ever again. I do hope this is a one time thing and I don't want to see the community fall apart because of this. I don't want to come across as rude and inconsiderate to the devs and the staff for the EN server, but I am saddened to see an art piece that won the community vote removed apparently for it's content, and the reason comes across as a massive double standard to me due to other existing in game content that such as the designs of some of the younger ships. Although I know this is not the case it feels like undermining the point of an art competition. I do suggest making stricter or clearer rules for the next art contest so this doesn't happen again, and I do enjoy seeing community art in game. The artwork censorship, both in the recent loading screens and general ship artworks that are changed. Not to beat around the bush but we are playing an anime waifu WW2 boat gacha, and the reasoning of "I can't play this game in public anymore because some clothes are too revealing or some boobs are too big" does not sit well with me, given the subject matter and the existing approved artwork. I would still not play this game around others and when provocative material appears on my screen I simply hide it with my hand. This is much more preferable to lack of choice/variety.
As for these "localizations," some EN versions of translations are not consistent with how lines are delivered by the VA's and translated on other servers. While I cannot speak Japanese I catch certain words and phrases that are not properly reflected in the text that appears on screen. I find it disconcerting that I have to go out of my way to express my displeasure over why my experience was actively changed compared to other players, even more so as I am a paying customer; I feel I am paying for a lesser product.
I appreciate having this spot to voice my concerns and hope whoever takes feedback does not equate a lack of visible feedback on this discord with complacency or acceptance.

As for the loading screen portion, we've received a lot of feedback regarding the removal of the loading screen. It'll be relayed to the EN team, but just to say as a notice, the chances of it being reinstated are low as they've already removed it.

Gonna try my feedback in here, been playing this since day one since its about the only mobile game I've ever been interested in or spent any money on and Yostar has been good about not changing content until now. I could care less about one loading screen a troll submitted to trigger people, but I would like for the team to assure folks this isn't going to effect in game content going forward every time these folks get outraged.

If you can show a bunch of naked women covered only by steam and well placed objects I fail to see how the succubus screen crosses any lines that other said loading screens didn’t cross. I think it’s sad that any complaints shifted the team in this regard. I’d hate for this game to become one of those game where other users police away what they don’t like. Because if that becomes the case may as well stop the girls as boats now and go boats only. God knows who else will be offended otherwise. Now that I’ve said my bit I’m gonna wander off.

First the staff claim something was removed due to a 'vast majority' then don't back up their claim and expect everyone to believe them. If we don't, the staff just tell us 'we staff has the final say so shut up'. You can't expect people to sit down and allow the staff to walk all over us.

AFAIK, if one were to use random loading screens like in AL, they'd make an array variable where each entry corresponds to a specific screen.
Assume AL had 5 regular loading screens and 2 event themed ones to simplify this. Outside the event they'd run a randomizer that picks a number from [1- 5], and when they start the event, they set it to [1 - 7].
This is likely the way the loading screen script is ran explained in a simple way. This already makes it a good starting point for at least a "SFW" mode, but I'm not sure it would be practical to make a "choose your loading screens" option without major changes.
I'd say baby steps and start with the SFW option since it affects the range of choices with only a single check if a variable is true or false.

I am in a facebook AL group he's in and looking at his timeline's personal posts he doesn't really take kindly to the idea that an artist might end up snubbed by AL's userbase and I can understand, but I reached out to him in hopes he understands this is the best compromise as it's best that a few users hide his screen rather than no one being able to see it ingame, but I doubt he'll see it.

But it is a solution. I'll give ya that its a little backwards that the game asks to lock but not favorite a ship when you first obtain them (which I think it should do, I believe there's a card for that) but you can very easily go into dock and find it to favorite it. You just needa use the filters for such an expansive dock.
I.E.: A new Z destroyer obtained, goto dock and sort by Iron Blood, DD, its rarity, and inverse the lvl sort so it shows the lowest levels at top.
Also, if its needing to favorite your locked ships en masse, then you're just gonna need to sit through the time to do so, don't think you can't do it just because it might be time-consuming. Once its done, you'll be glad it is and things will go much smoother.

The switch to MST does make the game a little more annoying for me because we have DST over here and the server reset happens in the morning, so I have to be awake earlier in winter to not miss it. But if that's a price I need to pay for erasing DST issues altogether, that's fine by me.

About using multiple (most popular, probably) timezones in patch notes: it could be automated, so the only concern here is that it takes place in a Twitter text/image post.
With UTC+0 as the anchor people can begin calculations with in case if confusions arise.

Famine one of our best players was muted for 12 hours when he was being bullied & was just defending himself, that's around the same time I got muted. I think the bully was muted after us, but its not fair that our top Auvrora player is being bullied, defending himself & being timed out for 12 hours. Something's gotta change.

If you were present in 1st run of an event, and you claimed the special furniture of said event (Medal of Ironblood in this case) at that time, give some other reward once you reclaim the furniture a 2nd time.

I was increasing my evade by equipping different items and it didn’t change. I slotted in before missing slots like this and let me in. I don’t want to add a carrier if I don’t have to, oil costs and such. With that said according to the player help the evade was failing because of no carrier . I feel making an evade error is misleading and cased me spend plates when I thought that was the issue. I like things be clear what the issue is in not letting you access

Suggesting a feature where as the events stockpile, you can implement an event archives feature similar to Granblue's Side Stories or Dissidia's Lost Archives. Where you can play older events on your free time but at a lesser reward value. Mainly to collect core items like their ships and gear. Also since there's a lot events I'd suggest that that feature should be optionally downloadable to save space like the l2d and voices in the settings.

I'm here to share my feedback about the statement that was posted on twitter, I'm still disappointed about the removal of the loading screen. However I do respect the artist decision to get it remove and I'm glad that both parties where able to come to an understanding and move forward.
With that said, I'm aware that people in this feedback suggested multiple times about a option of hiding/choosing your own loading screen. I'm here to say that I hope it gets implemented as soon as possible so that future incidents like this will not happen again.
I'm sad that this incident will be remembered as a stain in the EN community and I'm concerned about the future of this game. The point is I don't want this game to be censored just because a small amount of people don't know how to be responsible when it comes to playing the game in public. The main selling point of the game is both the waifus and the unapologetic fan service which I love. In fact I'm scared for the games future because the devs listen to the wrong crowd instead of the core fanbase who do care for the game. Ever since the beginning of the game the devs made a promise that any artwork will not be censored but with this incident it made me think twice on which game should I support. I hope that time will heal and eventually the team can earn its trust back to not only me but also the rest of the fans of the en community.
I apologize for the wall of text and to anyone reading this. I thank you for taking your time reading.
TLDR: Despite my disappointment with the ending, I respect the artist decision and I'm glad both parties are moving forward. I do hope the option to hide or choose loading screens gets implement as soon as possible. I do hope the game doesn't get censored in the future because the main selling point is the unapologetic fan service and the waifus.

To be fair, a community voted piece getting axed because the community deems it too lewd is a bit weird. Im of the opinion the guy may have just been punished because apparently they were doing it to trigger flat chest lovers (could not say for sure as I didn't really pay attention to the situation).
My gripe with it is, I understand censorship and localization, i.e. the 61TCH license plate (I think that was requested by Yamaha), but going back on a community vote to remove it while claiming you do not like censorship and are against it is highly hypocritical.
I also have not seen the bath scene loading screen since the update. I chalked that up as finally getting out of the rotation of screens since it has been up for over half a year, but there were no complaints strong enough then to remove it and that was far more NSFW than leather corsets and devil horns. So it get's me thinking was that also taken out for indecency or has it just finally gone out due to age?
There are also more current screens that are around those lines (Formidable's succubus costume with the purple thong and ample cheekage, The illustrious sisters loading screen where Formidable is leaning forward showing off the full breast minus covered nipples etc etc) if you want to go full puritan mode over it.
So without a base line or rules, or a set in stone explanation that makes sense because being too lewd is thrown out the window on a game centered around cheesecake with said loading screens already in and the L2D skins where you can literally hold a girl and make her jiggle. It just causes problems and makes me believe that the explanation of the artist being a troll is a better explanation and this is just a punishment. But if thats the case, why not bring in the runner ups art piece as a replacement?
Anyway it just has people worried that their precious fan service game is now prone to extreme censorship by complete removal rather than an edit to a loading screen or costume.
It certainly makes me raise an eyebrow wondering if any purchases made in cash shop will be retroactively altered or removed due to being problematic in public. Or should I feel safe with Gneisenau's crotch tattoo and sheer bondage costume that was similar to the loading screens, but with even more fan service? Bit of a rant, but the situation just rubs people the wrong way.

That and how builing 10 by 10s can be counter productive due to how the game seems to take a number of 'seeds' before each group and having the builds draw from that group than the overall pile (thus cases of X Zepplins and 0 some other Gold event ship) That's not getting into the fallacy of spending all one's cubes day 1

How about instead of resetting commissions on the next day, you would get something like a refresh token for commissions, which caps at 1 so you cannot stack them.
This would get rid of the fact that you need to logout during reset to get comms refreshed.

Yeah I do think especially the Dive Bombers are fucking misleading, the damage stats means nothing and what matters is the loadout and its not said anywhere
I don't think its mentioned anywhere that there are different armor modifiers for 100~500lbs bombs from 1000~1600lbs bombs to 2000lbs bombs either
Fighter wise, we aren't even informed that there are single target damage and circular aoe differences, let alone the reload time of the AA gun
I always thought the cannons deals higher AA damage but has a lower rate of fire, turns out they works like BB shells and does a circular AOE
Also I think the mechanics in W13 where the planes are either shot down or manage to evade the AA vessels is really dumb when plane HP is already a mechanic and there are items that improve plane HP in the game, why relegate the mechanic to kamikaze damage in PvP?
Or rather my feedback should be literally rework how Carriers work in this game, the whole giving bosses 70%+ AA damage reduction is also a really dumb mechanic
