Certainly it is a problem when you reduce the payout of the latest stage by a 3rd. To some no, I could have gotten everything even if it paid out 100 or 80. But it's still an odd design decision especially in context of having another (albeit small) event.

I did not care all that much after clearing all the Kizuna stuff. But I agree the lower payout was a bit discouraging for farming the event
I don't think anyone complains about events except casuals who will never carry the game on their own as they aren't invested on it. And yeah, the timing for the income reduction was unfortunate since we were grinding PR as well as Belchan. We got straight up screwed over on this one.

Honestly, the point grinding for AI's event wasn't an issue at all. What kind of got in the way was the fact that we had both this event and the Bel-chan one. Grinding for points to both of them was a bit too much since the missions wouldn't give rewards for both...
What do you guys mean by income reduction ?
It seems like some people think that 180 points from the final hardmode stage of some events, which usually have a total of 12 stages plus an EX, is the standard for all events, and that this event was intentionally given a lower payout to make it more difficult/tedious/I dunno
to be fair you could easily farm SP4 with 1:1 fleets

I apologize if this isn't the right place for it, if so please let me know! This is more a thank you than anything but thanks to the game devs for delaying the UI patch! It makes me super happy to see that the game devs saw something that wasn't ready and even though it was already announced they rescheduled it and let the player base know. I'm glad to know Azur Lane values not only the game but the players as well to go back and take the time to make it work as they intended. So I guess the feedback is that the notification format is very clean and easy to read, and is much appreciated!
As of right now, it appears there is no system in place to deal with extra PR bps of maxed PR ships after fate sim. Maybe possible to implement a recycle or exchange feature where we can exchange spare ones we dont need for resources or other items as the devs see fit at a certain ratio?

When a player is done maxing out a PR ship through Fate Simulation, there is no use for any extra BPs they get for that specific ship. Have someway for players to either recycle the BPs for consumables (such as gold,oil,etc) or exchange them for BPs for another PR ship.

Are the crashing problem with low ram devices will be fixed soon? (With UI update maybe?) because this thing just discourages me and many other people who have this problem. Having to restart or let it crash twice in sp4 is really annoying and extremely time consuming. I would be happy if they update us with info on this. Thanks

Some kind of reward for binding your account, I'm not quite sure of the why and how but as most mobile games give some kind of reward for it, I imagine there is some kind of benefit for them to give that kind of enticement. Although binding your account and saving your progress may be reason itself to bind your account, especially new player may be reluctant to bind their account at first and may simply forget it later (or simply don't read or entertain the notion of losing their account for any kind of reason). This could also reduce the need of player support for this kind problematic.

Can we not have multiple build events at the same time ever again please? It's pretty frustrating for players to have 2 build events at the same time since it makes it a lot harder to collect most ships from both build events, what makes it worse is that the ships are not added to the regular building pool after the events end and they take a pretty long time to come back too.

The double build was which ships were a priority to obtain

And the Little Bel event didn't mesh with the Kizuna event
@pastel sandal Staff have been let known about the concerns for the double events. If it's any consolation, the loli ships will be added to normal pool after some time (at least they were stated to on the other servers so I'd say it's safe to assume we'll follow suit)

That's good to know, hopefully the loli ships get added to the regular building pool soon enough since it was the event I was most excited for and it was the one that disappointed me the most after tons of builds.
Can we please have something new to the PvP part of the game? Maybe something new to the merit shop or maybe something new in general to spice things up a little in the pvp aspect. We actually do have some suggestions for PVP. To name a couple, there's a suggestion to add more options to the merit shop, we have a suggestion for friendly PVP, more competitive PVP, realtime PVP, things such as that. Anyway, can I add suggestion that we can assign any ship in a fleet to be a flagship regardless of their position? So the flagship doesn't have to be on the centerback of the fleet. Heck, you can maybe assign a Vanguard ship as a flagship

It's so that I can anticipate which side of the main fleet will be attacked more often during sortie. Like, for example, Boss fleet on 10-1, the bombing ships are positioned to specifically target the flagship (doesn't mean the flagship takes damaged though), or 10-3 (iirc) where center backs are the main target of enemy BBs positioned on lower and upper screens.
I'm not using Nagato as a reasoning for this one (No, really. I'm not). It's purely to add some challenge in strategizing fleet and anticipating enemy ships during sortie.

You are using Nagato as a reasoning for this one - if you weren't you wouldn't be complaining, as she's the only BB with a barrage that loses out by not being the flagship

There's no reason for whom the flagship shouldn't be in the middle, as damage from fireships is randomly allocated and BBs take potshots at the flagship anyway
If you're struggling with 10-3, get a barrage boat on the sidelines to deal with them, simple as that

Idea:
Have the collab ships contribute to the completion % but not actually contribute to the total number of ships
What I mean:
Say you have 290 common ships, 2 research ships and 4 collab ships
You would have 100% completion despite missing 4 research ships, because the 4 collab ships count towards the %
This would also mean that you could get over 100% completion
Why I want this to be a thing:
Collab ships are kinda only there as trophies

I would approve of collab ships filling in blank spaces up to 100%, but just as a milestone completion. Going over 100% is against the point of keeping collab out of that percentage

The main reason why non PR Collab ships don't count for collection is because they're extremely limited. They're not added permanently and they've (to this point) never been rerun. Even if you were to compensate by saying that it goes over 100%, then it's still unfair to others, especially to the very competitive people in leaderboards
why cant we just auto some battles and attack with another fleet at the same time
my phone already can barely handle one fleet auto-battling, it'd go kill when I did a second battle at the same time

Please don't put two event builds out at the same time, especially in two different pools, it was very taxing on cubes having to slit it up. It stated stressing me out being half way through the events and getting only 2 ships on the 1st day of the event from the build pools, 1 from the Kizuna event and 1 from Escape from the port event. I had to buy a lot more cubes, do to the fact that I had ran out on the last 4 days of the event only to get nothing from either pool...
That is probably intended by design tho

Well, technically yes since the Collab date was fixed, it can be interpreted they could have chosen a better time to run the Bel event
honestly having them run at the same time wasn't the problem, it was just farming one won't get you points for the other. We had big events overlap with smol events before and those were just fine. No one complained about those previous events being ongoing together because they could farm both at the same time.
Banners on the other hand, having limited on both limited and special at the same time... rip cubes. But hey, as long as people know that some of those limited ships will be added later i dont think people would mind as much. Thats just my 2 cents on the banner problem tho.

So would we possibly be able to get a setting that we could manually set to alert us when a specific piece of equipment is ready to be made in the design tab? I.e. since I'm grinding 5-4 for the purple and gold quad bofors I would like to go into the design tab and set it to alert me when I have enough blueprints to make those pieces of equipment.

Due to the fact that some people don't build Gear on the basis of no need/Coins, perhaps a toggle on the desired Gear itself.

Just a little tap for the fleet tech system. Yorktowns and Lexingtons are placed... weirdly at their respective tech tiers. Lexingtons were BC refits while Yorktowns were full fleet carriers with far better efficiency. Is there any reasons Yorktowns are so low on the scale then? I am mostly asking because Shokaku-class (Roughly the same as Yorktowns) are 2 tech tiers higher. It seems odd (yeah, just feedback that does not even need a card, I'd just like to hear a reason behind it)

Just a suggestion for the weapon enhancement mechanics- AA plates upgrade both cl and dd guns and AA guns while the gun plate upgrade ca and bb guns. I suggest this because when you sortie on a vanguard node, you should be able to get parts to enhance your vanguard. Similarly, when you do CV nodes, you only get airplane plates. And it should make sense that when you fight bb nodes you get high caliber weapon enhancement parts. One more point is that there is just too much strain on the gun enhance plates- every ship has at least one gun (except some CVs) and quite a few ships even have 2 guns. While it could be argued that auxiliary plates are also used a lot just like gun plates, they have a chance to drop on all types of node fleets.
I can't write well but I hope this gets my point across.

Houshou can equip a CL gun, which you'd think it would help against incoming fireboats.
However Houshou has 0 FP, thus the only firepower she gains is from the gun she has equipped, at best she can gain +45 FP with a gold CL gun.
But those 45 FP don't help with anything at all, cause Houshou barely does any Dmg, due to lack of power.
An example here: Lv. 100 Houshou with a +10 Belgun equipped does only 269Dmg to a boat in 7-2, which is so... meaningless.
My suggestion is to give her base 40 FP status, which may be sufficient to provide minimal cover support vs boats.
Else allow her to be able to equip an extra Aux in the gun's slot.
As she is now Houshou is a ship with only 4 usable slots, cause the CL slot is a waste of space and means nothing for battles.

Shower thought: Without a main story to guide players after 3-4, the events that are in Azur Lane are far more important than usual. With there being an overarcing story that is going on (Return of the War God -> Visitors Dyed in Red -> Ink-stained Sakura Steel), as well as the more metaphysical story involving the Sirens, wouldn't it be far better to have players be able to do the story missions for old events like Wings of Liberty, Divergent Chessboard, and others, without event shops or many rewards?
It's fine to have limited characters like Tirpitz and Washington and Amagi imo but with how little story there is normally after 3-4, wouldn't this be a solid solution to keep players playing?
There is actually sort of a feature like that on CN/JP, that let's you replay past event maps. I don't think it unlocks story scenes, however, and currently it only includes one major event to my knowledge. Presumably all event maps will eventually be available through it.

I started playing during the Lunar New Year event so I really missed out on old story. I was kind of thrown into Winter's Crown without much real understanding of what was going on. I hope they expand and let the story scenes unlock

There should be an SOS map entry warning if one of your fleets lack a sonar. I jumped into SOS maps straightaway, but on my first battle, I realized that I forgot to put my sonars on. Having a safety precaution on SOS maps would prevent this mistake.
Any plans on increasing the character limit in chat? 40 characters is a lot for languages like Mandarin, Japanese and Korean, but barely anything for a Latinate language like English.

You can't increase Signal Strength without S-ranking each boss at least once, and anything below S rank gives lower quality rewards, you really shouldn't go into an SoS map without at least a radar just cause you can technically finish it without one
but it doesn't mean by any reason that u shouldn't be allowed to enter sos maps without those

You only see loading screens when loading a battle, a reminder at that point is already too late, one popup when you get to the Fleet selection screen of an SoS map once a day seems ideal, to me

The Mk XXV held an elevation rate of -5 / +80 degrees and was intended for use against air targets. Even in World of Warships, the 152mm guns found on Neptune attribute to her potent anti-aircraft armament.
The Triple 152mm (Mk17 DP Proto) from PR2 has an AA stat of 15 (not yet in EN, but is the same caliber of rifle with the same elevation rate), which should be reflected on the 152mm Mk XXV from Neptune. It's not a deal breaker for the item, but having a dual-purpose main gun missing the "dual purpose" feels a little silly.

@naive cobalt I do not think so, I just clarify. Since only one event is listed in patchnote, and this is an event with a submarine. And not with the skin for Akashi. For example, some of my friends thought that for our server it would be a paid skin. So I decided to clarify.

I will add something to the Mk. XXV mount: It was still mostly an andt-ship weapon as the RN CLs clearly showed during WWII. The point was that the guns could potentially volley-fire flak, but did not have the RoF to be effective. If you wish to go this way, the guns that would have to get the same treatment possibly are the UK+IJN 203mm, IJN 155mm, IJN 2x127mm, US 1x127mm and many more. All of these could do limited AA duties but their main point was not to be fully Dual-Purpose guns (in most cases). I would leave it as it is as otherwise by the same logic you'd need to rework half of the guns in Azur Lane.
Implement danger levels to the Sub SOS maps since its annoying to build up a big fleet to clear 10-5 everytime

I had not so good projects so i refreshed hoping for new ones, but i got an exact copy of my previous selection 
In short if refreshing research might give you same pool you had previously, it's a waste

UK 152mm Mk XXV had a max elevation of 80 degrees and could fire a round every 3 seconds under optimal conditions. Radar assisted fire control.
IJN 203mm held a maximum effective elevation of 55 degrees and fired once every 12 seconds.
IJN 155 had a slow rate of fire and a max elevation of 55 degrees.
UK 203 had 70 degrees for mk I mounts and 50 for the mk II, 3 rof to 6.
IJN 127mm had several different gun designations, it's unlikely the gun in game is the correct mount (B / D type). This gun also had awful train rates and lacked any kind of radar assisted fire control like the UK 152 or USN 127s.
USN 127 can do up to 85 degrees on both single and twin mount. 18-22 rounds per minute, radar assisted fire control.
"All of these" would not require the same treatment since, of the ones you listed, only the IJN 127 (if B / D type mount), and USN 127mm, everything else either lacks the elevation capabilities (< 75 degrees is generally awful for anti-aircraft), fire rate (japanese cruiser guns were horribly slow), or training speed (another issue with IJN guns) to be even somewhat considered as an AA gun
USN 5" had a successful history in both single and twin mounts on destroyers, battleships, and cruisers as a heavy anti-aircraft gun.
UK 152mm Mk XXVI (the actual existing mount) had success as an anti-aircraft cannon.
The stats in this game should be based off of actual data and close comparisons for PR guns. Just because the japanese 155 / 203 "could" shoot at air targets within their low 55 degree elevation, track distant targets with their horribly slow traverse, and fire a salvo every eternity, does not mean they should be given anti air stats, unlike other mounts that actually were designed with a DP in mind.

I think a really nice feature to add in the game would be a counter to see the amount of attempts on a a certain chapter node similar to how Girls Frontline shows how many times it was attempted.

When servers are offline, allow the players to do offline minigame, which could be just a replay of all or some of the event minigames (so it wouldn't be a dev time sink to create new minigames).

Suggestion: UI elements scaling. The UI is WAY to small on phones. BB barrage aiming and the tiny nav bars are extremely annyoing to navigate if you have even a very mild case of fat fingers

New ui seems lacking in some areas. Dock screen is horrible to look at as font and contrast are way off. (i never had to strain to see what was going on before) Several other areas feel similarly lacking in terms of font
Please change the font used for a lot of the numbers in the game now. The thin, narrow, block style font for oil, gold, gems, etc. It's very hard to read

I like the design of the UI a lot but the font is very small at times. Especially the paint by number letters and the mail font.

Too much wasted % of screen on my 8.4' 2K pixels tablet
since the maintenance was longer than 12 hours i missed 5 pvp rounds. the first 5 was at 3am, then 5 at 9am when maintenance started and since maintenance lasted more than 12 hours...
At this point, reverting the UI to pre-rework and then polishing it up seems like the way to go, then re-release it with everyone's suggestions in mind and the glaring issues fixed
We should continue onward with UI option to scale the font
it will be nice if the game cleared its ram usage while we play for example
I check 5 ship infos and if i go to 6th one it should delete the cache data of 1st 2nd 3rd and so on. Same with dorm and event tap they are the ones that usually cause crashes

My main complaint is that the UI as a whole is a little smaller and spread out (compared to the old UI) so it makes me stretch my fingers out a lot more on my phone (using a Galaxy S8+)
I think the designs themselves are fine and readable, at least to me, but the actual size is a tad off-putting

No worries, just letting you (or anyone else know) I’ve tried that. Did a fresh install, too. Reset my phone to refresh everything as well, but both my JP and my EN app crash constantly

a low detail/lower FPS mode NEEDS to be a higher priority. even on 30fps on my good phone, everything that moves freezes, making everything look ugly and making manual battle nearly impossible. I know there's a card for this but please make it higher priority as I will barely be able to play until it's fixed and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Maybe they could do the old UI but 60fps for now while spending some more weeks on the new UI?

Font size, randomly a bunch of different fonts on the same page, and decreasing performance overall is what I've noticed so far.
I had no issue with the usability to be honest, if stuff moved you just need to get used to it
if you have 1GB or less you are below min specs to play
its mostly ppl with smaller phones and icons being smaller text etc a lot of stuff was scaled down lack of distinction between certain buttons etc

Performance is likely worse on older phones cause the game's requirements are increased. It runs perfectly 60fps on my phone.

Back to game-feedback : Commission should be more easier to access from UI. We are updating our commission way more often then tech book or research
tbh i like that formation thing being up all the time since its one less click to change formation and doesnt intrude in my experience
I also noticed that the "In action", "Exercising" etc banners in the dock are very small and almost unreadable. Makes it hard to quickly select ships for commissions etc.

@rancid stone A test for you. Try to set your ships up for a commission, and try to do it in less than 5-10 seconds without missclicking on one that is already in a fleet, commission or exercise.
I find myself needing to squint my eyes and slowly scroll, which i never had to do before. (Though, having glasses and bad eyesight might be contributing to my issues a bit.)
The HP problem is there because there is now grey behind the HP bar... which is the same colour as the buttons, some of the water, the torpedoes, the ships most of the UI.
Try shooting a skill (from manual play) without actively looking at the skill button. You will likely find it hard to "find" it in your pherephial vision due to the grayness/the way it blends in.

oh yea since that screen got adjusted for wider aspect ratio phones that lil girl gets cut off by dumb phone notch

I'm especially passionate about it cause the old UI has its fair share of issues too, cause it ran very bad on any device, lots of microstutters, hitching, and freezing. This new UI is nothing but an improvement performance-wise for me, and aesthetically I think it looks a million times better too.
i think (generally) this was p well received tho like there isnt too many major complaints since a majority of the ui has stayed the same functionally so they were prob more confident in pushing it out

Feedback on new UI:
- The health bars are too hard to tell apart. The grey used for lost health is too light and I can't clearly tell that from the green from even small distances.
- Many of the buttons are small. I have bigger hands and a not so big phone (not everyone has a plus sized phone with a fat display) so getting button size options or size ups to where they were would be nice since miss clicking is wasting time.
I understand these sound personal, but I am guessing people aren't happy about these as well. If I find anything else peeving, I will bring it up here. Other than that, good looking slick UI and good luck bug squashing!

thats why we need scaling more than anything
I care about artistic cause my feedback would be that the UI is too functional,not enough fluff

tbf formation is a tiny bit smaller in the older ui
You have an iPad, so that'd be a 4:3 screen, right? There are people with 16:9, 18:9, 19:9, √2:1, etc.
Nice so they shaved off the battle button by like 2/10s
dont want it to get lost
the problem is that the UI should scale well on most resolutions
