They said in April this year that crossplay would come this year.... But this year is almost over and as far as I've read there is no update yet.

On one of the recent vigor Twitter posts someone asked about crossplay and here was their response,
“Console crossplay soon! We'll be posting some more details on our socials - so stay tuned! 🍅”
So agin console crossplay soon, this builds onto the previous statements that the devs have had about crossplay between consoles will be coming first and then afterwards pc crossplay with be coming into effect.
