  • overhauled the system, making most creatures (including fish, ||tower|| enemies, steve/scott, some bosses, and poly'd enemies/poly'd player) spawn with perks
  • added a setting "Fair Chances"
    • when enabled, keeps adding perks recursively until the configured perk chance fails or it reaches the maximum configured amount of perks; making enemies with a lot of perks rarer
    • when disabled, the perk chance is rolled only once; if it succeeds, the enemy will receive any amount of perks within the configured range
  • added a setting "Dynamic Difficulty"
    • when enabled, has 7 base difficulty levels, increasing with depth. ||heaven/cloudscape has 6 points, hell/deep wizard's den/deep meat realm has 7||
    • an additional difficulty point is added for every NG+, and for every ||PW (including vertical PWs)||
    • when fair chances is enabled, each enemy can receive anywhere from 0 to [difficulty points] perks
    • when fair chances is disabled, each enemy always receives [difficulty points] perks
