Increase character slots to 5, add a character select menu when joining the server

Basically what the title says, I like to have different soldiers for different biome types (woodland, urban, winter, desert etc), but also to use Operators from time to time. 3 character slots is a bit too tight imo, 5 would be perfect to have a bit more wiggle room without having to overwrite the existing characters everytime I want to change things up a bit. Also it would be nice to have a character select menu when joining the server, when you select your Loadout and Strikes, just add another one to quickly pick which character to play for the round. It would be much more convenient than having to back out to the pause menu and manually change it from there everytime I play on a map that's a different biome from my default character
