Right now, the 7.62mm and 12.7mm machinegun RCWS suffer from an atrociously slow rate of fire, making them not only feel generally weird and laser like to shoot, but also not very effective compared to any of the other RCWS options. Even in a game which doesn't intend to be hyper-realistic, the M2 cycling at the incredibly slow speed it does right now is quite jarring. I suggest increasing it to a figure closer to the real world not only for balance reasons, but also for the little extra bit of realism it would bring to the table. Additionally, while not really a significant gameplay issue it is really weird that the MBTs and Anders all use a .50 caliber coaxial mg, when pretty much all vehicles in game should have a 7.62mm coax to my knowledge.
#Significant boost to cyclic rate for the vehicle MGs

Amen brother. An MG with ~250 rounds per minute is heresy and must be rectified not to upset the MG gods.
Also, having the M.2 on a T72 is weird or even on a LEO but not as much. Imagine an MG42 on a LEO tank with ~250 round per minute. It's like tut tut tut, that will be funny to see.
Honestly, i feel like the lower rate is meant as a means of balancing. If no one can fight the Anti-personel turrent then whats the point of having infantry?
I melt infantry so easily with whatever machine gun that I have equipped that I kinda didn't notice. If it's for balance reasons that your making the suggestion then I think you're wrong, if it's for realism then sure I guess. They should be rebalance at the same time though to give infantry some chance to fight back.
why not give vehicles their real-world MGs as options to make them all more unique (or whatever's closest)
leopard gets the mg5, t72 the nsv, etc.
Seeing a soldier tanking 5 shots from a minigun in bf is more stomachable than an MG with the rate of fire of a bolt action rifle.
btw, it only takes 3 hits to kill someone with the turret.
I do think the turrets should be running way higher rates of fire and frankly their damage could be buffed. I think the change should be to bring back the rpg ammo types those tandem rpg rockets in the alpha were great and the damage models were better. A good tandem warhead hit against the thin parts of vic annihilated them off the map.
Not to mention a coordinated two man team could trick the APS and then hit with the tandem directly.
im not too sure on buffing damage, vehicles are already strong as is. You gotta balance it and give infantry a chance on destroying them. I do however agree on the RPG ammo, would solve alot of problems for infantry vs armor.
