- Close your game
- Download Punkbuster Update from http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloads/W/gui/pbsetup.zip
- Unzip in a folder and run it, add your game and click on "Check for Updates" (Might take some minutes so be patient)
Start your game and check.
If this doesn't work you may have to re-install the Punkbuster Service altogether. Link below

This seems to fix any kind of Punk buster issue, unless your windows firewall is precisely blocking Punkbuster or its services
