I reach ||EV bonus x3 ||on my Magikarp which is the requirement according to the Wiki. Yet the achievement stay incomplete.

It definitively seem's like a rounding problem, ||catch a few more and the achievement got completed.||

yeah rounding because 3x should be 40_121 EVs not 40_083
