I don't know if it's a bug, but the tracker tells me that I have only 1 shiny left to get, but I actually have 2.

I also had Latias left for a while, but it didn't change anything when I eventually got her. I guessed that either it doesn't count legendaries or it counts Shiny Megas as the Shiny version of the Pokemon, but it seemed like it did count them for Kanto and Johto.

You need 1 pokemon per ID so if you have mega rayquaza shiny you dont need regular rayquaza
