Initial Pokérus assignment + Real Evo

It seems Real Evolution has a potentially unintended interaction with the first Pokémon to get infected with Pokérus if the starter is skipped: Supposedly, it should go to the lowest ID Pokémon, excluding alt forms, but instead of going to my caught NidoranF, it went to Nidoqueen (who was originally caught as NidoranF).

I have also, since initially obtaining Nidoqueen, disabled the Real Evolution Challenge, which might be the reason for the bug, in case this doesn't happen if it's still active.
