Exactly what it sounds like. I can create new filters, but I cannot reorder them. I click on the black bar with six dots on the left, the icon will change from a hand to a closed fist to indicate grabbing, but the catch filters will not move.
I have tried both restarting and refreshing the client and holding ctrl when I click to see if I can move the filters. They still will not move. Not sure what to make of the error, exactly.

Bug also applies to categories in pokedex menu for pokemon. I cannot reorder those either. In that menu, hand icon will not indicate grabbing at all, just stay open.
Clicking and dragging UI elements also does not work.

Does not work in browser OR client now. Tried new saves in both, as well as client save in browser.
