Restarting/reloading the game will fix it, but first can you open the console and check for any errors. F12 in browser or ctrl + shift + i in the client, then select the console tab, scroll to the bottom, and screenshot anything there

I restarted the game 3 times and it worked (don't know why)... thanks for helping !
