I got a quest to clear the ruins of life dungeon, but although I can access the location, I can't enter the dungeon yet.

I think dungeon quests check for the dungeon town to be unlocked instead of the actual dungeon

I though the only requirement was access to the map not access to the area. So you'll get anything quest releated in Kalos if you are in Kalos not how far though you are.

For example quests to clear Frost Cavern or Route 19 if you are on Route 1

Is this bug definitely happening outside of the Alola region? And surely it's not just with dungeons?
