Happens if tooltip is up when swapping Oak items sometimes. Main issue is that now swapping is difficult.

Someone else made a similar post about this a little while back. So for future reference. If you change the oak item while this tooltip is stuck open, you don't be able to close it at that point. So the hover over fix only works if the item is actively equipped
