#Impossible to start a all challenges new game on desktop client : no starter Pokemon and no ball

I used the desktop client to start a new game, and after the initial fight, I got no reward : no starter pokemon, no balls, and since the No click attack is activated, I'm totally stuck.
I tried to reload the game, I tried to launch a new game, same result.
V0.10.15.
