Blocked in the loading screen

Today i opened the game again after a lot of time and updated the game as required, after that when i got out and reopened the game i was stuck in the loading screen while it said loading complete. i deleted the file thinking it was bugged/corrupted and made a new one, it have the same problem. i tried to make a new game in the browser version and to import it, turn out that the desktop game version is the 0.10.11 while the online version is the 0.10.13 and even reinstalling it from a fresh download change nothing. I'm using the windows version
