Did you start playing a while ago then come back to your save recently?

You're somehow in Ilex Forest which should be locked behind the rival encounter on the map, so when it goes to end the dungeon and move you back to the main dungeon screen it breaks because you don't meet the requirement (having defeated the rival)

Refresh and just defeat the two rival encounters
