that's you being too fast and the game having enough time to put them in the queue, close the window and immediately put them in the slots

yeah it seems like: eggs ready -> you click 4 which puts them in queue -> modal closes -> eggs that are ready hatch and queue moves to slots

Oh, well I guess that explains why it's not happening on my main file with a bigger queue.

if you don't one-shoot

so the game has time to close the modal before moving the eggs to the slots

so for battles you do one-shoot you have a second to click 4 times before your mons defeat a mon

ergo why it doesn't happen that frequently
