I have seen people talking about it, thinking Manaphy was simply forgotten when the berry rework happened. As I don't see any post in here mentioning it, I figured I should write one myself.
The title basically says it all; Manaphy is no longer a Wandering Pokémon, even though Mew and Jirachi still are.
I apologise if this is known or if this was done on purpose.
