In the Day care, if the window is too small because there is no pokemon to display (for example, I'm in Galar, new region, no pokemon yet to hatch), the drop down list for the regions is cut and shows only a part of the possible choices. The problem is that this list is not scrollable. So if I want to display the bottom choices, like Alola or Galar, I need to first pick a region above with many pokemon to display, so that the window will be big enough.

The light blue thing on the right is not a scrollbar for the menu, but the right side of the Region field behind the menu

Ah, that's the scroll for the whole window
It's useful when there are mons to display but here, since it's empty, it does barely nothing

I’m assuming this has been solved but they were referencing this blue bar not the gray bar for your window.
