I was just thinking about how low Chansey's catch rate is for catching a wild shiny without Master Ball and then I had an idea to evolve Happiny with a bunch of Oval Stone to try my luck, but it seems that the Oval Stone evolution item isn't listed here. This definitely doesn't seem right.
