I'm on the "Obtain 10 Crimson Shards" task, and the quest don't seem to track my progress
I already looted several crimson shard in Solaceon ruins, but it changed nothing

Did you perhaps not have any crimson shards at all before this?

i may not be stuck on the crimson shards but my problem seems simillar with the purple shards and i did have some before starting the quest and i did find a few after. do ou need to collect them somewhere specific?

no, it should just track the amount you have in your inventory. doesn't look for you gaining them in specific places afaik
