Hmm, both of them are loading fine for me in the client.
Are you getting any console errors in the client when you try to load it? (CTRL + SHIFT + I)

Nothing, it'll hang after this, left it trying for a long while earlier today

Otherwise the 2 other options are:

  • Reinstall the desktop client.

  • Delete the latest update data:
    Close the client
    Navigate to %appdata%\pokeclicker-desktop
    Delete the pokeclicker-master folder
    Re-launch and wait for it to update again
