If you go to give proteins to a pokemon and set the filter to only show a certain region, after closing the windows and going back in, the filter will show "all" regions but only the previously filtered region pokemon will be shown. In attached pic, I had Kalos filtered previously, but as you can see, it says "all" and only Kalos Pokemon are shown. If I switch the region to anything else and switch it back to "all", it will correct it.
