Micro stutters

I got the pc and didn’t have WiFi due to me moving house when I got WiFi I updated all drivers window updates etc and download valorant and noticed it stuttering fraction of second and when it does it it makes a buzzing noise from my headphones can someone please help me I’ve been looking everywhere
