Can't boot my new PC

Hi guys, I bought a pc (spec below) and it wont get past "your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired", at all. I'm currently resetting the PC but im not hopeful. Any tips would be great.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
MSI Rtx 5070ti
asrock x870 rs wifi (i think)
2 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance 6000M/T
1tb Kingston NVME SSD
