First thing first my guy, your gonna want to check your CPU temps. Anything between 50-80 percent is fine and in range. If it's over that you know something is wrong with the CPU fan. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRgGGk5c/
If it's just the fan making the noise, not from overworking etc. id check it for small wires catching on the edge of a fan. A common culprit is the fan cable itself. Or a rear extract fan cable. If nothing seems to be catching, no issue just get a quieter CPU fan. Genuinely the easiest and cheapest quality of life change you'll ever get 🫡
