it keeps freezing randomly under load and the only way to fix is to hold the power button down till off give it 30 seconds and it comes back, specs are ryzen 7 9800x3d 5080 and 32gb of vengeance

when you mean under load what exactly are you doing? what im thinking is you might to change your settings in BIOS

it’s just crashing even idle or while gaming and then the fans speed up and i can’t do anything, even as far as turning the pc off the power button barely works and it takes several tries to turn it on and when it’s frozen it basically never works
