Wireless mouse n keyboard setup??

Yooo gng I js got my pc all plugged in and that very happy with it but I got it with windows and when on first slide of setup I cant do anything with my wireless keyboard and mouse I’ve tried every usb port and it’s not working anyone that can help?🤔

Did you put batteries in said wireless items?

And also flipped the on/off switch?

Yeahh they both have batteries in and I can see the mouse light is on but no cursor

If needed I have friend who has a wired but if I could use it now it’d be great but no biggy if I can’t

Try different batteries

If not then it could be the connectivity
