I have just got a new PC from Cyberpower and turned it on for the first time, left it for about 25 mins as It said it might need 10 mins and I was busy.

Came back and nothing, the issue that’s coming up is just a dash on the screen and on the Mother part there’s a white light next to VGA.

Motherboard ASRock B650M-CX
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
GPU - RTX5090

Called cyberpower before lines shut and they say reseat the RAM. That’s done nothing, any help appreciated ? 🙏

Is the cable on the GPU port and not on the back of the motherboard?

Monitor Cables

If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
