#New PC has fault

I bought a gaming PC for my daughter’s Christmas present and while setting it up has developed a fault it can’t repair itself. Turning on just gives this message. Is there something I can do here or does it need to be returned?

Hi! Has it given you any blue screen events? Those usually come with a code that tells you what's wrong, also any beeps when it boots?

If you can't get into it at all, and it just constantly boots to this screen, it maybe a RMA/return thing.
