Issue on “No signal” when starting pc

I bought a pc from cyber power and when I start it it works and everything but it says “no signal” on my monitor and no it’s not my cable I changed it alof, any tips ?

Are you plugging it into the right port at the back of your gpu or are you using the onboard port
