power on issue.

morning.. got my new pc friday and set it all up and done updates etc... yesterday i went to power on and all i got was a little white line at the top left of monitor.. nothing happens at all so i have to turn it off by the power button on pc and when i turn it back on again it works.. its brand new so i dont wanna be doin that everytime.. all cables are in correctly aswell. then last night i shut down and the monitors went off but the pc stayed running and i had to tturn it off by the powwr button 15 mins later. iv messagewd cyberpower but nobod is working on weekends and il be at work all week next week so didnt know if anyone else new whats wrong?? tia

its on start up everytime.. iv swapped the display port and plugged a hdmi in and it woeks every time but not on the display port.. its a brnad new one

Usually a sign of a USB problem, remove all connected devices apart of KB + M and see if it loads without the white line.

Basically a process of elimination on which is causing it.

Not solved it’s being sent back..

Basically emailed cyber power and asked about it all. They gave me a list of things to trying. So when it was just displaying a line up the top of my monitor and not booting I had a play around and if I took my display port leaf out of my graphics card and monitor and used hdmi from the gpu it would work every time… just not with my display port.. then cyber power said press cmos button for 10 seconds done that and it was fine… then I seen it had the integrated graphics on so I went into the bios and turned them off and then it was back to square one.. I turned them
Back on auto and it worked again. There’s a problem somewhere because it should still boot without the integrated graphics enabled. And after you been playing for a while it wouldn’t turn off. And another complaint I had was I could change my fans or cooler rgb and it wasn’t recognised on msi mystic light or signal rgb..

I filled out the returns email I had this morning but then I haven’t heard anything else alday. I still want the pc but it’s brand new and just want it sorted
