i have a really bad gpu low usage while playing games i have a 4070 super and get 20-30% usage while play8ing apex on 140-150 fps how can i fix this as my gpu should be getting me way higher fps

Low usage usually just means the GPU isn't being stressed by the game, what resolution are you playing at and what are your full specs?
