#Computer keeps restarting with "Device ran into a problem and needs to restart"

This has been happening for over a week now. I will be doing something and the PC just abruptly shows that error message before resetting.

The only thing I seem to have notice was the words "general_heap" at the bottom of the screen.

I've done a diagnostic and it says it seems to be a RAM issue. It tells me I need to get in touch with the computer manufacturers.
