Packet burst/loss

Hello, sorry if this isnt anything to do with it, but recently downloaded b07 and keep gettin packet loss/burst and its only on b07

Ive got got mbps and decent ping, I’ve restarted router, unplugged ethernet etc dont have a clue what else it could be
