No sound after BSOD

Pretty much the title.

I was idle on my PC, I came back to my room and there was a BSOD and error was Kernel_security_check_failure
I reboot my PC, now I have no sound.
I have tried diff headphones (the same ones work on different devices)
I have no errors on Device manager
sfc /scannow detects no issues

What do I do?

Update - I have checked drivers and reinstalled sound drivers. Still no sound
I have Reset/Reinstalled Windows still no sound
I do NOT get sound using USB headphones
I do NOT get sound using jack headphones
