spider man 2 crashing bug

hello. I have been issues with the spider man 2 port to pc on steam im having black screen errors crashing on last screen before the start screen i just need some help my parts are AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics AND NVidia RTX 4060 WITH 16GB it also been giving me a error message that i cant screen shot you i am going just to tell you what it is it says "This game has crashed due to using more video memory than currently available on this PC. Please try lowering your graphic settings, lowering your resolution and closing any unnecessary background applications before running the game again" i dont know if its my pc or me should i upgrade to a 32GB ram
