you don't necessarily need a custom built, but IMO you can get some good value ones
Is the GPU RX 9070 XT better than the Nvidia 5070 TI? Or even the 5080?
the 9070 XT is better than the 5070 Ti - but not the 5080
the 5080 isn't much better, but costs significantly more, and isn't recommended because of that
