this is slightly higher in price - but IMO it'll have a lot better performance
the CPU is much more recent, the GPU is better, there's 32GB of RAM rather than 16GB
That’s clean that one what mouse at and keyboard and monitor should I get
i advise shopping on other sites for a mouse and monitor - you can get them on cyberpower's website, but there's not much variety
with that PC you can expect good 1080p, pretty good 1440p
it's up to you which resolution you go for
as for mouse, i'd go with something from razer or logitech, they tend to be quite good
