my pc is weird as hell

my pc works completely fine, no temp spikes, no age issues (6 months old)
it runs most high resource games (nightreign, rocket league, r6, tarkov) absolutely perfectly with very good frames
but then struggles with browsers (mainly google)
struggles loading discord images and messages sometimes
almost impossible to run roblox

and i have no clue whats wrong

ryzen 7 7800x3d, amd radeon rx 7800 xt, 32gb ddr5

please help im going insane with this

google chrome's a browser

not sure what the issue with roblox is

but it points to internet fault
