:tada: Congrats @trim robin, you levelled up to 1! :tada:
have you installed graphics drivers
i did and duoble checked that there is no update
duoble check that cs2 for example isn't fps locked as well
when did you first start experiencing lag spikes
from the beggining
when i got the pc
im not a computer guy and play 1-2 a week friends played on it and warned me about it
can you do a 3dmark benchmark to see how the system compares to similar systems
Please Note: Purchasing the paid version of 3DMark is not necessary, you can download the free version by clicking 'Download Demo'.
:tada: Congrats @trim robin, you levelled up to 2! :tada:
looks like your PC's underperforming
because you reset windows and have up to date drivers after reinstalling windows, it's most likely a hardware problem
i advise contacting CyberPower to see if you can arrange an RMA

i will try to update all the drives as it's weeek end if it won't help i will contact them monday morning.
thank you guys for your time and help
update all drivers using ''driver booster'' found lots of updates required and still same fps lags.....
It could very well be a hardware problem. If thats the case, drivers won’t fix the issue. If its underperforming on 3dmark, its a good indicator that something is wrong
Id contact them, let them know of your current issues, fixes you’ve tried and send them your 3DMark score and they’ll advise from there
The only thing id suggest, which might sound stupid, is doing a fresh install of windows, AGAIN
Its possible something has corrupt when you did it the first time.
