wrong thing 😭
Did that, same thing
:tada: Congrats @graceful jungle, you levelled up to 4! :tada:
can you take one stick of RAM out but leave the other in?
Okay that worked
can you swap the working ram stick into the empty slot? leave the other one out for now still
did it do that when it was in the other slot?
I didn't let it run long enough
oh, can you try it?
if you enter BIOS and disable XMP do you still have the same issues?
Trying to enter bios
And it's just stuck on this for 3min
Restarted and same thing 😅
maybe best to contact their support?
:tada: Congrats @graceful jungle, you levelled up to 5! :tada:
yeah let them know about the bluescreen and boot issues, specifically that removing one stick allows you to boot, but you experience memory related BSODs
Yeah thanks ill just send it back 😅 these issues to start are not a good sign
there's no need to send it back - they'll send you out new RAM
and at the same time they deliver the new RAM they'll take back the old RAM (door swap)
New PC blues and always on a Friday too

meant to be 2 1t SSDs in it too and only showing 486GB and 911GB 😅 After finally being able to get onto it from changing the RAM around
And frozen twice on me in 25min 🥲
Sad
It could be ram, and it could be the ram slots on the motherboard. Ideally I would go ahead and give them a call on Monday. Details below
