Screen not working anymore

I connected my screen to another computer so I could save files and when I connected the screen back to my new pc it didn't turn on, I've had the pc for 2 months but now that I disconnected the screen and put it back it doesn't anymore, the pc does 4 beeps and after a little pause does 1 more, what should I do

Monitor Cables

If you have a discrete GPU then you need to plug your monitor cable into the graphics card, not the motherboard. This can be found on the Quick Start Guide which was emailed to you, or you can download it with the /tag guide command.
