Hi, I have some issues with the network adapter (I think) on my pre-built PC. I ordered it in December, had issues in games with connection, latency and packet losses on wifi. I spoke to ISP, they confirmed everything is fine. I now run an ethernet cable to the router and ping issues are gone, works completely fine but another issues has appeared. When I am on ethernet cable, I get internet speed of 800mb/s and everything is ok except youtube not being able to load basic video in HD or today I tried to download a basic 2mb picture from my email and it took 5 minutes. These issues are not present on wifi.. Any idea how to solve it?

I forgot to mention, there is another cyberpower pc in the property with slightly higher spec (4090 gpu etc.) and doesn't have any of the issues above
go to this and run a speedtest, screenshot it and send it please (remember to crop out your IP)
are your graphics drivers up to date
Im just updating them now but they were all up to date when PC first came and the issue was there
Updated now, reset the pc issue is still there
