pc for gaming and content creation £1600 budget

I'm looking to get a prebuilt PC for UWQHD gaming and content creation. I was inclined to go with an RX7800 XT but I'm hearing about weird issues (like random crashes) when it comes to content creation with AMD GPUs, which makes me want to get the 4070 despite having less VRAM. Most reviews say the RX7800 is the better card so I'm unsure which to go for. Also, as a content creator, would I have more of a need for a CPU with integrated graphics?
Any advice would be much appreciated, cheers.

So on the graphics card discussion, It maybe worthwhile waiting a month or two for the 5070 to release, as I don’t believe the 5080 would be in budget

These new cards may show a better performance with content creation and such

and to answer your question, regarding integrated graphics, they're not necessary if you have a GPU
