(btw i don’t need any peripherals and i can live with an activate windows watermark)

with that budget you might struggle in terms of performance on games

the only suggestions i have are:
make sure you have ethernet/other means of internet connection available as you don't have a wifi card selected so you won't be able to connect wirelessly to your network
you could always buy used which could get you more out of your budget (can vary obviously)

I would push for 4060. For the price difference its so much better than the 3050

Its a bit more than 650 but imo you need to make sure it’s right and this would be really good value for money and really good performance for this money
